Two suggestions from a web developer:
1. Fix the typo "teaching":
" ...or even teachign an hour-long lesson with a small performance at the end."
2. On your galleries, either have the pictures pop up in a new window with a close button, or have them be in the middle of the page. The act of clicking on them and losing all the navigation (besides forcing the user to use the back button) is not the best UI! -
