Bellydance lessons on the MS Gulf Coast

Does anyone know if someone is teaching tribal (of any sort) on the Mississippi Gulf Coast area? Or if someone is teaching Caberet in the area? I have some friends in the area that are interested in taking lessons but don't know where to go.
